HOW
IS THE PROGRAM STRUCTERED?
The
method relies on Integrating Tranquillity
gained through Serenity Meditation,
into daily life. The entire program is covered, at your convenience,
in 5 privately taught, hour long sessions. The two Serenity
Meditations are taught separately, and both are followed
by Integration Sessions (3 out of
the 5 sessions).
WHAT
HAPPENS NEXT?
After
completion of the program there will be optional, group, Sustenance
Sessions which will help maintain proper practice. In order
to gain maximum benefit from the practice it is recommended to attend
monthly Sustenance Sessions. Students
will be able to compare personal experiences, while our experienced
practitioners will help ensure students do not develop any bad habits.
Sustenance Sessions can also be
conducted individually.
SERENITY
MEDITATION
Serenity
Meditation falls into two categories:
Passive and Active:
----PASSIVE
- DROP MEDITATION
The
goal of this meditation is to place the mind in a passive, attentive
state. This meditation brings about a deep sense of Tranquility
by turning off the noise of the agitated mind.

- ACTIVE
- EDEN MEDITATION
The
goal of this meditation is to place the mind in an active, creative
state. Here, that same, deep sense of Tranquility
is achieved by actively engaging the mind with positive feelings and
sensations.

As
noted, the key to long lasting benefit from this meditation is the ability
to access the Tranquility gained, ultimately,
at will. Sessions will include valuable tools to teach the student how
to remove the obstacles to a happy, peaceful life.
